It all started while house hunting for our primary home. Every house that we came across, we found ourselves saying, “I would change ABC or I would redo XYZ.”

After wanting to customize everything and a sprinkle of inspiration by Chip and Joanna Gaines, thought, “why not buy a fixer upper?”

We had no idea what to expect. It was not easy. And there more than a few times we wanted to kill each other. But we ended up loving it and we have grown faster than we ever imagined!

Maica Mueller

During the day, Maica works with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and other intellectual disabilities. She uses Applied Behavioral Analysis to improve the quality of their lives so they may live more independently. 

    “It’s unfortunate that my services are so high in demand, but I dream of a day where I am no longer needed. And when that does happen, I will have real estate to fall back on.“

Mike’s biggest passion outside of real estate is working on cars. He devotes his time by helping others with automotive repairs. He understands that not everyone can afford to get charged an arm and a leg just to pass a state inspection. He lives by the wise words of Winston Churchill:
